Today, Japan and Afghan have a project between the governent to dispatch Japan police to train Afghan police officer. The Afghan police want to train security because they want to improve and support the U.S. goverment which is bearing a huge financial burder from its operations in Afghanistan.
I think, it is a good idea that Japan helps other countries because Japan is the powerful contry. Japan help other countries doesn't mean Japan help other countries but in my opinion it means they help eachother.
